Step 3. Start the APP and log in ( the account server needs to choose “ OCPP Platform ”) Note: If you are unable to register with a personal account, please contact CITA EV Support by email or hotline.

Step 4. Add charger to group Note: 1. Follow steps A~G to add a charger & repeat steps C~G until the other chargers are added to the same group.

2. Every group support 8 chargers, if there is more than that, please divide them into multiple groups

Note: If failed, click ‘Return’ to reset the parameter & retry connecting. Step 5. Check Status If the status show , please check if the Server information was not set.
